Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

This style of massage can be a stand-alone appointment, or added on to your base massage. It will add an additional 30 minutes to a base massage appointment. 

Kinesiology Tape Add-On

Kinesiology Tape techniques are used as a "take home" therapy to enhance and extend the benefits of your massage. The KT tape will help to support joints, reduce pain/swelling and help muscle function. There are several applications available. Please contact me prior to your appointment to discuss areas of concern.

With KT tape applications, the area needs to be cleaned of any hair or dirt to make sure the adhesive is able to be properly applied. 

There is also the risk that you may have a reaction to the adhesive. If you have sensitive skin or have had reactions to adhesives in the past (i.e. bandaid adhesives), please discuss prior to your appointment. 

Each area taped is $15 per application. For example, if you would like taping for plantar fascitis on both legs, each leg is $15. 

Sports Massage

This massage is dedicated towards athletes and those clients participating in regular physical activities. Each massage is tailored specifically to the individual athlete based on their massage needs for that session. There is a minimum requirement of 2 hours for the service, and available up to 4 hours. Direct any questions or concerns towards the therapist at the time of booking or during the intake to make sure that the service targets the specific needs of the athlete for that session.
